- Rates are based on per room per night and are not included of 21% SERVICE CHARGE and GOVERNMENT TAX

- Rates are based on Room Only unless stated otherwise
- Rates are non commissionable
- EXTRA BEDS are chargeable at IDR 100,000++ per night
- Check in time : 13.00, Check out time : 12 noon
- Any extension up to 18.00 will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on tariff rates. After 18.00 it will be at full rate.

Cancellation Policy
Normal Season
All cancellations need to be informed to us in writing at least 4 days prior to date of arrival. For No Shows and late cancellations, a one night charge will be applied.
Peak Season (1st July-31st August) and (1st December – 15th January)
For cancellations done 30 days prior to arrival- no cancellation charges
For cancellations done 7-30 days prior to arrival- one night cancellation charge
For cancellations done0-7 days prior to arrival- full length of stay cancellation charges
For No Shows or early departures ( from the scheduled date of departure), total length of stay room charges will be applied
